Keiko's Makeup

My main motivation for continuing on this blogger journey is to be what I needed when I was younger! I wanted a big sister SO bad when I was a kid and wished that I had someone to try girly hairstyles and brainstorm outfits with. I got close enough to having one with so much inspiration and fun out of blogs and magazines, that it feels like now I can give that to someone who needs a “big sister” that can help with makeup, haircare, skincare, fashion, and self-love advice.

Here are my main goals:

• Grow a community. I want what I call the Keik Face Crew to be a safe space for people to make friends who care about being beautiful on the inside, not just the outside
• Make this blog fun! I want to provide posts that you look forward to reading and that give you a lot of value. I hope that navigating this blog is easy and enjoyable ♡
• Collaborations – There’s so many amazing brands that are beautiful, colorful, and encourage self-care and self-expression that would be so exciting to work with and share with you.

Of course, I want Keiko’s Makeup to be successful and long-term. I love being creative and knowing that I can offer knowledge and community to people like me! Introverts who’d rather stay home and learn how to get ready for their own unique features and style, by doing their own beauty routine. I’ve always done my own eyebrows, dyed my hair myself, and even cut my own hair until recently. I dislike going to the nail salon, so I learned DIY nails. Instead of going to a spa, I’ve done hair removal and skin rituals on my own. I’ve learned everything I can, just I can be at home as much as possible.

Having a good feeling when looking in the mirror should be available to everyone, and that’s what I’m aiming to give to anyone that comes across my blog and social pages.
