Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting my small business! Each item is handmade with care, and I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below are the terms for refunds and returns:


1. Returns Eligibility

Due to all inventory being made by myself, I can only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • The item received is incorrect or not as described.

Please note: Personalized or custom-made orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.


2. Refunds

Refunds will be issued under these circumstances:

  • The item is returned in its original condition (unused and unwashed).
  • You contact me within 7 days of delivery to report the issue.
  • The item is shipped back to me within 14 days of delivery.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed through PayPal and may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on my part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
  • If eligible, I recommend using a tracked shipping method via Shippo to ensure the package reaches me safely.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

  1. Email me at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with the following:
    • A detailed description of the issue.
    • Photos of the item and its packaging.
  2. I will assess the situation and provide a solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect items. Please contact me at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized orders.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
  • Used, washed, or altered items.
